This well known and capital Picture was bought of Count Fatori, of Verona, who gave the noble Vinetian Muselli 2000 Ducats for it, particularly described by Ridolfi, vol. I. p. 109. in the Author's first Manner -- 102 General Catalogue (Titian)|The Marriage of St. Catharine, with sundry Figures, on Board. This well known and capital Picture was bought of Count Fatori, of Verona, who gave the noble Vinetian Muselli 2000 Ducats for it, particularly described by Ridolfi, vol.
