Under the gothic arch to the right are seven portraits, representing the painter and his family; also portraits of Mr. Trumbull, the American historical painter; and Mr. Livesay, the artist. In the front of the second arch is the late Noel Desanfans, Esq. the original collector of the Dulwich Gallery. This has ever been considered, with reference to historical research and careful finishing, the most elaborate cabinet picture from the pencil of the late President of the Royal Academy, B.
